Hi, I'm Pam Dent

It’s my good fortune to grow up in this beautiful region with deep roots in American history. From an early age, I’ve explored the gorgeous countryside of Central Virginia, often on the back of a horse. As a proud owner of a historic home, I’m particularly familiar with the quirks and charms of the older properties in our area. My experience with historic properties makes me especially qualified to assist you with purchasing or selling one of these unique properties.

During my real estate career, I have earned many certifications and awards for providing excellent services to represent my clients’ best interests. As a qualified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), I am trained to add the most value possible for my clients’ transactions. My Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest credential awarded to Realtors, and the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) certification assures retirees that I am equipped to help with their particular needs. I take pride in my involvement with local and national real estate organizations, from serving as a Past President of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) to my honor of serving as the 2022 President of the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors (CAAR). As an experienced real estate expert, I am well-equipped to assist you in selling your existing property or the purchase of a new home.
