I was fortunate to grow up in Central Virginia, surrounded by the rolling countryside, steeped in history that makes this region so distinctive. From an early age, I explored much of it on horseback, developing an appreciation for its farms, estates, historic homes, and rural landscapes.

Today, as the owner of a historic home myself, I understand firsthand both the pleasures and occasional quirks of life in an older property.
